Villa La Belle Creole, also known as WV LBC is a newly-built, 7+1-bedroom villa above the beach area of St. Jean with gorgeous ocean and sunset views. This well-known villa was destroyed by hurricane Irma and rebuilt from the ground level up. The house has kept its colonial style but now offers modern amenities and comfort. From the outside, the house nearly looks identical but the real change is on the inside. Only the 3-car garage remained, but the three guest rooms on the pool level, were completely rebuilt to support the new villa. A new driveway leads to the main level with a small parking area and a new master suite is situated in a bungalow at the end of the pool. The main room is still on the middle level, with a large contemporary and fully-equipped kitchen that has an island that separates the kitchen from the spacious living room. While the space feels contemporary, some of the West-Indies furniture was preserved to maintain the colonial vibe of the original Belle Creole. A Sonos sound system can provide music and a large TV with Netflix and U.S. satellite is perfect to watch a movie or a game with the entire family or group. The covered terrace out in front of the main room dominates the property and the area and offers cooling breezes and gorgeous views. Just off the living room is the first master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, dressing room and a bright, ensuite bathroom with shower. The second master bedroom is at the top of the stairs that leads from the living to the top level. This large, cozy room has several windows that offer great views, a king-sized bed, a large his-and-hers dressing room and an open bathroom with shower. On the far end of the hallway is a guest room with a king-sized bed that connects with a small room with a twin bed and is ideal for children (a crib is at the house and an additional bed can be rented). The bathroom with shower is just across the hallway. The third master bedroom is a newly-built bungalow facing the pool and views and has a king-sized bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Three guest rooms face the pool side by side. Two of the rooms are slightly smaller than the third, but each has a king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets and ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have a smart TV with Netflix and U.S. satellite. Villa La Belle Creole comes with housekeeping 6 days a week, not including Sundays or public holidays and is a perfect villa for a large family, or couples vacationing together.
