Spanning 16,000 sq. ft. of living and outdoor spaces, Villa Dunes blends sleek, contemporary interiors with plush, inviting furnishings. The main residence features expansive living areas, two kitchens (including one designed for a private chef), and a dining room seating 12, all opening seamlessly onto terraces with breathtaking ocean vistas.
The villa’s six bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed to ensure privacy. The master suite on the main floor boasts a super king bed, lavish ensuite with indoor and outdoor showers, and stunning ocean views. Three additional queen bedrooms occupy the second level, while two guesthouses down a stone staircase offer further secluded accommodations, each with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces.
