Located in the gated Ilets de la Plage community, the one-bedroom Villa Les Sables d'Or I - Cap Frehel (villa code: WV RLD1) has direct access to the water via a short stairway.
St. Jean Beach can be easily accessed by walking or driving along the private road. Beach chairs await guests. The view of the Bay can be enjoyed from the covered terrace, and from under a palm tree in the lovely front yard.
An open floor plan includes a living room with U.S. satellite TV and a dining area. The kitchen is just adjacent. The ensuite bedroom with U.S. satellite TV has two double beds that can be combined into a super-sized king on the upper level with its own balcony that looks out to the sea. There is also a powder room on the main level.
Villa Les Sables d'Or I - Cap Frehel is part of the larger "Sables d'Or" property, alongside two other villas (Val Andre and Dahouet), which can be rented together to provide a total of four bedrooms. These villas share a tennis court which can be lit at night.
