Villa Lina features natural, earthy tones throughout, with a clean and simple design, artful details at every turn, and a tranquil atmosphere. Natural light pours in through the large windows and doors, mixing with the wood and stone to create a heady, island atmosphere. The blissful Villa Lina is made even better thanks to its private location, at peace with the natural surroundings in one of the quieter corners of St. Barts. Flamands Beach is a short drive away, as are the shops and restaurants in the capital, Gustavia. Comfortable, elegant, and chic, this is an idyllic choice for an island getaway.

Living Spaces: Villa Lina is set out in a u-shape around a central terrace and swimming pool. At the heart of the interiors is the stunning great room, with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen rolled into one.

The large living room includes a seating area with comfortable, low-slung sofas, the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The airy ceilings above make the space feel larger and brighter, while the elegant entertainment unit is made from gorgeous island wood. Sliding glass doors open to the incredible ocean views. 

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the other end of the great room is Villa Lina’s gourmet kitchen. The open plan is designed for social moments while preparing meals, letting those who are cooking stay active in any conversations. The large kitchen island also has stools, a nice spot for a morning coffee or pre-dinner aperitif.

Between the kitchen and living room is the oversized dining table, with seating for up to 14 guests. Whether you’re entertaining or enjoying a quiet dinner as a family, it’s the ideal spot to sample some of the fine ingredients on offer in St. Barts.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms in Villa Lina are on either side of the main great room, offering fantastic privacy between the two. The cool and contemporary neutral color scheme is contrasted by the polished wooden floors, with tropical views framed by the doors leading outside.

Each room has a European king-size bed with comfortable, high-end linens, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a small private terrace with comfortable loungers, while the other opens directly onto the pool offering an easy way to start your day with a swim.

A small room just off the living room can be rented upon request as an extra room for children or a nanny. This room uses the guest bathroom with an outdoor shower.

Outdoor Features: Immediately outside the great room is the large, covered terrace area. There’s a comfortable lounge area for kicking back and breathing into the relaxing pace of life on St. Barts, as well as a pair of plush daybeds for reading and enjoying an indulgent nap.

From here, the sun deck begins, with loungers surrounding the inviting infinity pool. Above, palm trees sway in the ocean breeze, while views of the sparkling water are terrific. When the open ocean calls, it’s only a short drive to Flamands Beach.

Amenities: Villa Lina has all the amenities you’ll need for a tranquil stay on the island. This St. Barts villa also comes with an Apple TV, a Bose sound system in the living room, ceiling fans, a gas grill, U.S. and French satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
