Villa Only View, (villa code: WV OVI) is a 4-bedroom villa in the heart of Pointe Milou, offering fabulous ocean and sunset views. Situated on the popular hillside above the Christopher hotel in Pointe Milou, known for its great ocean views and sunsets.
The villa has two levels, on the main level is a large outdoor space with several seating and lounging areas by the heated pool.
The spacious main room includes a seating area around the entertainment center, a dining area, and a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
Three of the villa's bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level and are accessed directly from the central living area. Two of these bedrooms enjoy beautiful ocean views, while the third overlooks the garden, providing a peaceful and private setting. Please note that the third bedroom features a separate toilet located adjacent to the shower room, each with its own individual entrance.
The fourth bedroom is situated one level below at street level and is accessed via an exterior staircase. Offering a greater sense of privacy, this bedroom has more limited views, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking additional seclusion.
Villa Only View is a great choice for families with children, but will also suit couples vacationing together.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
