Welcome to Villa Pasha (villa code: WV PAS), a 4-bedroom villa located in the hills of Lurin, St. Barts, this exotic island home enjoys sweeping views over the island and spectacular sunsets.
Inside this classic West Indies style villa are exotic woods, terracotta tiles, and fine furnishings blending with worldly décor, creating a tranquil space that’s filled with character.
The spacious living room has large sofas, a blend of antique and teak wood furnishings, and louvered-awning windows. It’s a refreshing space, an idyllic spot to sink in after a day of exploring to enjoy the sunset.
Next to the living area is Villa Pasha’s gourmet kitchen, with wooden cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. With the shimmering Caribbean glimpsed through the window, this is an inspiring spot to prepare meals for your stay. Our concierge is also on hand to help, from arranging a grocery delivery to organizing a private chef.
The dining table is outside on the covered terrace, a beautiful spot to gather over a meal with family and friends.
Villa Pasha offers a collection of beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for both comfort and flexibility. The primary suite is set within a separate bungalow, creating a peaceful and private retreat complete with a Euro king bed, ensuite bathroom, spacious dressing area, and smart TV.
Additional bedrooms feature Euro king beds, ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and ample closet or dressing space. Two of the bedrooms are connected, making them ideal for families or groups traveling together, while still offering the option to close them off for added privacy. One of these suites also connects through the bathroom to a child-friendly bunk room.
Another bedroom, located in a separate bungalow, offers two twin beds that can be converted into a Euro king and includes an ensuite bathroom and smart TV. This room also adjoins a smaller additional room where two more twin beds may be added, providing extra flexibility for larger groups or families traveling with children.
Tropical gardens surround the property, bordering the outdoor terraces and creating a tranquil atmosphere outside that’s ideal for effortless days spent lounging around.
The covered terrace is shady and cool, featuring a plush outdoor living area for reading, cocktail hours, or indulgent afternoon naps. Steps lead down to the pool terrace, where the gorgeous infinity pool overlooks the rolling hills and sparkling waters of St. Jean.
There are loungers on the sun-drenched terrace as well, ideal for basking in the island rays, with a large umbrella in case you need to cool off
A 3-minute drive to the south brings you to the quiet Gouverneur Beach, a pristine stretch of sand that’s uncrowded and peaceful. The other direction brings you to the beaches at St. Jean, Lorient, and Marigot Bay, all fantastic choices for a day on the sand.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
