Villa Passage, (villa code: WV PAG) is a 2-bedroom contemporary villa with sleek design and minimalist decor that provide an intriguing contrast to its location, in the heights of quaint Corossol, a centuries-old fishing village.
The atmosphere is part vintage postcard, part picture-perfect panorama. From nearly every vantage point, the sweeping views over Gustavia Harbor are captivating—on any given day, you may spot local fishermen at work, graceful sailboats gliding by, and some of the world’s most luxurious yachts entering the port. Spectacular sunsets add a vibrant finishing touch to each evening.
A breezy open floor plan encompasses a well-equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining area for 8 people, and a living room comfortably furnished for conversation and TV viewing. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom.
The entire indoor living space opens to the deck with its heated infinity pool, banked by chaise lounges. Sails are positioned to provide cover over a dining table and additional seating for shade seekers.
Two bedrooms have king-sized beds with access to the terrace and incredible ocean views.
Corossol Beach is a short walk down a steep hill, and many of the island’s other gorgeous beaches, shops, and restaurants are just minutes away.
During the Christmas holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
