Creamy interiors create a contemporary feel inside Villa Prestige, with hues of white, gray, and beige all combining. Outside, large columns give the property the feeling of sunny Greece, with incredible views over the harbor below where yachts lie at anchor.

With such a location, Villa Prestige is within easy walking distance of the fabulous shops and restaurants in Gustavia. Shell Beach is also within walking distance, offering a pristine sweep of sand and a lively beach bar. But best of all are the incredible views, taking in the shimmering Caribbean Sea with St. Maarten on the distant horizon.

Living Spaces: Airy, spacious, and bright, the living spaces inside Villa Prestige make it easy to unwind. There’s a carefree style to the décor here, while the furnishings are plush and comfortable.

At the center of it all is the enormous living area, with several different areas to gather together and relax. Two large, sectional sofas provide ample seating, ideal spots to curl up with a morning coffee, a good book, or an afternoon drink with some conversation. An entertainment center with a TV also provides some indoor entertainment.  

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the back of the great room is Villa Prestige’s new, modern kitchen. Featuring high-end appliances and a small breakfast bar, it’s a well-equipped spot to try your hand at the local recipes. Our concierge can even set up a delivery of all the groceries you’ll need – or perhaps a private chef for a special occasion?

The indoor dining area is set on a slightly higher level than the kitchen and living room, enjoying the stunning views of the harbor below. Also tempting is the outdoor dining table, immersing you even more in the stunning natural beauty and wonderful location of Villa Prestige.

Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms at Villa Prestige are aligned next to the terrace. The first bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a European king-sized bed. The other two rooms have a European king bed.

Calming and contemporary, the bedrooms are ideal for collapsing in at the end of each day. Each room also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as a flat-screen TV with French satellite and a DVD player.

Outdoor Features: The heart of Villa Prestige is its generous outdoor space, offering plenty of seating in sun and shade for kicking back and soaking up the island atmosphere. Whether you’re spending a day in the swimming pool or simply sunbathing while sipping on a cool drink, this is a private slice of paradise.

As the afternoon starts to fade, the sunsets from here are also incredible. The golden glow unfolds across the sea and sky, glinting off the yachts bobbing in the water below. An outdoor sound system lets you soundtrack your time, and makes it a great spot to entertain guests as well, enjoying drinks while taking in the breathtaking views.

Best of all, the fantastic restaurants of Gustavia are within easy reach. A short stroll down the hill brings you into town, where you can choose from a wide variety of restaurants, from high-end French cuisine to local creole cooking.
