Welcome to Villa Pyramide (villa code: WV PYR), a magnificent 3-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou, St. Barts. This home enjoys some of the best views on the island, with 180-degree unobstructed vistas that span from Lorient Bay to St. Martin in the distance.
The exquisite interiors at Villa Pyramide are modern and stylish, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes relaxation inevitable. The single-story home features soaring 17’ ceilings, framing the incredible views from every corner of the home. The design is airy and open, featuring a beautiful mix of high-end furnishings, exotic décor, and accents of ceramic, wood, and concrete.
At the heart of Villa Pyramide is an expansive great room, with both the living and dining areas rolled into one. It’s the ideal place to entertain, opening to the outdoor terrace with plenty more seating as well. Sofas in this living area are a great spot to relax and enjoy some conversation and drinks with family and friends.
A separate, air-conditioned TV room is ideal for those evenings you’d prefer a quiet and relaxing time with a movie or two. The living room at Villa Pyramide opens to the modern chef’s kitchen, with all the appliances you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals. From the five-burner gas stove to the large double fridge, freezer, and two dishwashers this is a dream kitchen. Our concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.
The dining table in the great room also faces the ocean views, making for an idyllic backdrop while you dine. For those who prefer to eat outside, there’s a second table on the terrace, an elegant setting for dinners with the fading glow of the late afternoon.
On the main level of the villa, there are two air-conditioned master bedrooms. Both feature ensuite bathrooms with showers, private terraces with eight-person, plush king-sized beds, Smart TVs, and independent music systems.
The third bedroom is also air-conditioned and offers an ensuite bathroom, an additional completely private terrace, a Smart TV, and an independent music system. This bedroom is smaller than the 2 master bedrooms and is located on the lower level, off the garden.
Outside, the multi-level terraces let you take in some of the best views in the Caribbean. There’s plenty of space with seating in both sun and shade, letting you come together as a group or find a quiet corner for yourself. A shaded terrace features a lounge area for chilling out and staying cool. It’s also a great spot for a cocktail soiree, throwing open the doors to the interior living room to create a large seating area both inside and out.
The long swimming pool is very tempting, lined with loungers bathed in almost all-day sun. Private and luxurious, the outdoor spaces at Villa Pyramide are what life in the Caribbean is all about.
Some of the island’s best beaches are within an easy drive. St. Jean is 10 minutes away by car, with the capital Gustavia only a bit further.
There is parking for 5/6 cars behind the electric security gate.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
