Welcome to Villa Reef Point (Villa Code: WV REF), a contemporary 3-bedroom retreat overlooking the sparkling waters of St. Jean Bay. Set at the peaceful eastern end of the bay, the villa combines spectacular ocean views, relaxed Caribbean elegance and an ideal location.

The spacious living area offers two distinct settings: a comfortable TV lounge and a separate sitting room, perfect for reading, sharing a cocktail or simply enjoying the view. Wide openings invite in the trade winds and extend the interiors naturally onto the terrace.

In the second pavilion, the bright, contemporary kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing leisurely breakfasts, casual lunches or memorable dinners. Just beyond, the dining area seats up to eight guests and opens almost entirely to the ocean, creating the delightful sensation of dining outdoors while remaining comfortably sheltered.

Each of the villa’s bedrooms features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The primary suite occupies a particularly private position beside the living pavilion and wakes to beautiful views across St. Jean Beach. The two additional bedrooms are located in the second pavilion and communicate with one another, making them especially convenient for families. An additional sleeping area may also be arranged in part of the living room when required.

Outside, Villa Reef Point truly reveals its charm. The long covered terrace offers several inviting places to relax, while the infinity pool appears to melt into the sea beyond. Sun loungers are perfectly positioned for unhurried afternoons beneath the Caribbean sun, and a peaceful koi pond brings a soothing touch of greenery between the two pavilions.

As evening approaches, the villa’s west-facing position provides a front-row seat to magnificent sunsets. The view stretches across the surrounding islets and, on a clear day, all the way to St. Martin and Anguilla.

Despite its wonderfully private setting, Villa Reef Point remains close to the island’s most sought-after addresses. Nikki Beach is approximately a ten-minute walk away, while the boutiques and restaurants and the beach at Lorient are both just a short drive from the villa.
