Slip into the island pace of life at Villa Regatta (villa code: WV MUE), a beautiful 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou, St. Barts. Located within minutes of the beach and shopping, this traditional Caribbean home enjoys incredible ocean views and is a wonderful choice for a tropical getaway.

A collection of open pavilions and outdoor terraces, Villa Regatta is all about blurring the line between indoors and out. Expect wonderfully relaxing and graceful spaces, with a welcoming atmosphere and traditional Caribbean furnishings. Island artwork and décor complete the home, which also features immersive ocean views.

Located on the enviable Pointe Milou peninsula, Villa Regatta lets you enjoy the best of St. Barts with ease. The villa has been designed to take advantage of the sweeping ocean views and sunshine, while also providing shelter from the trade winds. There are beaches, shops, and restaurants all within a short drive.

Inside at the heart of Villa Regatta is the spacious living room, with comfortable seating that’s ideal for relaxing. This will be the main gathering point of your stay, with shelves filled with interesting books, island artworks adorning the walls, and large windows that overlook the ocean. A large TV sits discreetly in a corner for entertainment.

Villa Regatta’s living room also opens to the kitchen, where you’ll easily be able to whip up gourmet meals during your stay. High-end appliances and contemporary gray cabinetry make it a real pleasure to cook here. Our concierge is also happy to organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

Next to the living room is an indoor dining table of glass, an excellent setting to enjoy meals with family and friends. Alfresco dinners in the cool evening air are also available, with a second dining table in a pavilion by the pool, complete with a gas grill for island-style cookouts.

There are 2 bedrooms at Villa Regatta, both private and quiet spaces for guests. It’s an ideal vacation home for a small family or a pair of couples traveling together.

The master bedroom is a few steps above the main great room, featuring a large four-poster king-sized bed that looks out over the ocean. A massive door provides soundproofing for the bedroom from the living area, adding extra privacy.

A second bedroom, accessible from the pool area, also features a king-sized bed. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

The expansive outdoor terraces at Villa Regatta are the real star of the show. You could easily spend your entire vacation lounging around here, enjoying sun and shade, island breezes, and cool drinks.

The swimming pool is protected, offering a tempting spot for a refreshing dip on a hot day. There are loungers for sunbathing, while palm trees in the courtyard sway in the gentle breeze.

A second terrace facing the ocean features yet another dining table, offering the best ocean views in the house. It’s a wonderful setting for a pre-dinner aperitif, watching as the rosy gold sunset colors fall across the sea and offshore islands.

For days at the beach, Villa Regatta also enjoys a fabulous location. Within a 5-minute drive, you could be lounging on the pristine sand of Lorient Beach, while in the other direction is the fabulous Marigot Bay.

During the December holiday the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
