Situated in the heart of St. Jean just above the main road, Villa Sax puts you within easy reach of all the action. With Nikki Beach across the street, and shops, restaurants, and Eden Rock Hotel all within minutes, you’ll have everything you need within a short distance of the villa.

Living Spaces: The main level of Villa Sax sits above the parking area, offering expansive living spaces both inside and out. The clean design comes to the fore here, with simple white lines and gentle curves playing as a simple backdrop to the stunning tropical setting.

At the heart of the home is Villa Sax’s open-plan great room, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen. White walls, décor, and furnishings make this space as tranquil as can be, an idyllic place to gather with family and friends to enjoy some downtime on the chaise lounges, prepare a meal, or feast on a gourmet dinner.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-end appliances, making quick work of any recipe you might think to throw its way. And thanks to the open-plan layout and breakfast bar, the conversation between the chef in your group and everyone else is sure to continue flowing as they cook.

You could join them at the kitchen island for a pre-dinner aperitif and cocktail, which is also a great spot for fresh pastries and coffee in the mornings. Next to the kitchen is the indoor dining table with seating for eight guests.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Villa Sax, all following the same theme of the home with hues of creamy white and gray.

All the bedrooms are on the main floor. On one side of the living area is the master bedroom, featuring a U.S. king-sized bed, a large dressing area, and a spacious ensuite bathroom.

On the other side of the living room is a smaller guest room with a European king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. This room connects with the second master bedroom, also with a European king-sized bed as well as a writing desk and an ensuite bathroom overlooking Eden Rock below.

Outdoor Features: Outdoor living is especially nice at Villa Sax, with the gorgeous terrace boasting wonderful views over the ocean and surrounding hills. Palms sway in the breeze, and the sun shines down on the area nearly all day long.

There are plush daybeds lining the pool, heavenly spots to sink in with a good book or to doze off for a nap. The infinity-edge swimming pool is also tempting, offering an easy way to cool off after a bout of sunbathing.

At the terrace edge, a comfortable outdoor lounge enjoys the best views over Flamands below. At sunset, it’s a prime position for a cocktail hour, a fabulous way to wind down before dinner.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
