Villa Stellae, (villa code: WV STL) is a 6-bedroom villa located on the Lorient hillside and within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and bakery.
Villa Stellae is ideal for the discriminating client looking for high-end furnishings and quality construction.
The main building graces the top of the estate and features a living area, kitchen with bar, covered dining area with an outdoor living area, guest bath, marble floors, and two ensuite bedrooms. The third ensuite bedroom has a terrace and is in a detached pavilion just to the rear of the main living room.
A huge pool, BBQ area, and pool table cascade down the property. On the lower level of the main house is a 4th ensuite bedroom, gym, overlooking a second, natural-shaped pool in the garden. Two more ensuite bedrooms in individual Caribbean-style pavilions are near the second pool, each with privacy.
Villa Stellae boasts a sunset and water view, is gated and is accessible by a private road.
During the December holiday the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
