Located high on the hillside, this villa offers spectacular panoramic views of nearby islands and Gustavia harbor, as well as beautiful sunsets.
Elegant and refined, the interiors of Villa The View exude an effortless grace. Chic décor is complemented by a unique collection of leather and parchment designer furniture, in earthy, natural hues. The seamless and beautiful blend of indoor and outdoor spaces makes for a glamorous stay in the Caribbean.
From the high vantage point, guests can enjoy stunning views over the Caribbean and the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kitts & Nevis. Both Flamands Beach and St. Jean Beach are just a short drive away.
Stone steps lead down to Villa The View’s entrance, where trickling sounds from a stone waterfall set a soothing tone for your stay. The door leads you into a covered outdoor hallway, with the living room to your left and kitchen and dining to your right.
The spacious living room opens wide to the outdoor terrace, with soft sofas inviting you to sink in and unwind. Dark hardwood furnishings add a touch of class, while the views over the infinity pool make it look as if it overflows into the ocean beyond.
The modern kitchen at Villa The View is a gourmet foodie’s delight. Featuring high-end appliances and even a wine fridge, cooking here is a breeze. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.
Next to the kitchen is the indoor dining area, which opens to the covered terrace with an outside table. Both areas have exquisite views over Gustavia and the Caribbean sea; a wonderful accompaniment to a gourmet feast.
There are 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms at Villa The View. Spread across multiple levels of the property, each offers the utmost privacy for your stay.
There are two bedrooms on the main level, featuring incredible views and large ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and spacious showers. The third master suite is on the level below the main house, with its own private stairway and furnished deck area.
The fourth suite is down one level more, in its own separate cottage. Completely private from the main villa, this suite enjoys a lounge area, office space, and a huge ensuite bathroom. On the private terrace, there’s even a hot tub, an ideal spot for a night of stargazing with a bottle of champagne.
On the main level, the outdoor terrace makes the most of the island weather. There’s a plush outdoor sofa for relaxing, loungers for sunbathing, and daybeds for curling up with a good book.
The stunning infinity pool is in the center of it all, offering uninterrupted views over the hills below and Gustavia Harbor. You could relax in the water all day, watching yachts sailing back and forth across the glittering sea.
For days at the beach, the lovely Flamands Beach is a 5-minute drive. With soft white sand and inviting turquoise water, it’s one of the dreamiest beaches on St. Barts. The restaurants and shops at St. Jean beach are less than 10 minutes away.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
