Welcome to Villa Wastra (villa code: WV ROS), a newly built 2-bedroom apartment in Gustavia, St. Barts. Located on the hillside above town, this apartment offers stunning views over the harbor and red rooftops toward the shimmering Caribbean Sea.
Quiet, private, and modern, Villa Wastra is a comfortable home away from home, featuring a terrace overlooking the harbor and a plunge pool for cooling off.
Ideally positioned on the northern side of town, the villa is within easy walking distance of Gustavia’s restaurants, boutiques, and harborfront. Shell Beach is about a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy the convenience of being in town without needing to drive for dinner. The beaches of Gouverneur and St. Jean are also just a short drive away.
The open-plan great room contains the living area, dining space, and kitchen, all opening onto the outdoor terrace to let in natural light and sea breezes. The living room features a comfortable sofa and large TV—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or by the pool.
The well-equipped kitchen can accommodate everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Our concierge can arrange grocery pre-stocking, catered meals, or private chef services for special occasions.
The indoor dining table seats six guests, while sliding glass doors lead to a rear patio with a gas grill—ideal for preparing fresh local seafood. A second dining table on the covered terrace offers a beautiful setting for al fresco meals with the twinkling harbor lights below.
The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, offering privacy for both. Each features a king-sized bed and a contemporary white and gray design with warm floor tiles. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom features an ensuite shower, while its toilet is located separately just off the living area. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open onto the terrace.
The terrace is a wonderful space to enjoy the island’s glorious weather, with loungers positioned beside the plunge pool for sunbathing or relaxing with a book. When the day heats up, slip into the refreshing water of the infinity-edge pool overlooking Gustavia Harbor, where sailing yachts glide in and out.
Shell Beach is just a short stroll away, offering a picturesque stretch of sand and calm turquoise waters—perfect for a spontaneous swim or sunset walk.
* Please note that access to the villa is via a spiral staircase from the parking area, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
