Embrace the island life at Villa What Else (villa code: WV ELS), a luxurious 4-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. Situated to face the west, this villa enjoys incredible sunset views over St. Barts.

Inside, the property is effortless and cool, with gorgeous wood surfaces and accents imported from Bali complementing the modern design. A flowing, open-plan concept connects the interior with generous outdoor living spaces.

Lorient and Marigot Beaches are just a short drive away, letting you sunbathe, swim, and snorkel within minutes. For those craving elegant restaurants and shops, St. Jean is 10 minutes away. As an added bonus, the pool club, restaurant, and spa of the Christopher Hotel are within walking distance.

The main living area at Villa What Else is a spacious great room, with a living area, dining room, and kitchen. With minimalist furnishings and exotic island antiques, the entire space is clad in an exotic, tropical mystique.

Plush sofas in the living room invite you to sink in with a cool drink and unwind. Doors open completely to the outdoor terrace, washing the entire space with the cooling sea breeze. A large flat-screen TV also offers the option for comfortable movie nights inside.

Creating meals is easy in Villa What Else’s well-equipped kitchen. Whether you’re preparing an easy snack or a gourmet island feast, you’ll have everything you need. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

The indoor dining table has seating for 8 guests, making it an ideal setting for festive dinners with friends and family.

The bedrooms at Villa What Else, each have a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a spacious ensuite. Spread over two levels, each room is a private and quiet place to relax and recharge every night.

On the main level are 2 master bedrooms. Both feature gorgeous earthy tones and wooden furnishings. The final 2 bedrooms are a level below, a bit smaller but no less luxurious.

Life is best lived outside in the Caribbean; a mantra that What Else Villa takes to heart. The immediate eye-catcher is the spacious gazebo, underneath which you’ll find the outdoor dining table. A pass-through window connects the space to the kitchen, making it easy to set the table and pass through your meals.

Another sofa is magnificent for an evening cocktail soiree, with stunning views over the ocean. This is the best seat in the house to watch the sunset light up the St. Barts’ coastline and islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme.

During the day, the inviting infinity pool will no doubt tempt you in for a dip. Loungers lining the water let you bask in the Caribbean sun, ideal spots for curling up with your favorite book.

Nearby, Lorient Beach is just a 5-minute drive. This beautiful bay is protected by a large coral reef, with some of the best snorkeling in St. Barts. For something a bit more laid back, Marigot Bay Beach is also 5 minutes from Villa What Else, offering a quiet place to sunbathe and swim.

During the December holidays the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
