Spread across two buildings, the villa offers an abundance of airy living spaces ideal for gathering with family and friends. Just above the pool terrace, the great room combines the living area, dining space, and kitchen in an open, inviting layout.
The living room features a generous sofa positioned in front of a wide-screen TV, perfect for quiet relaxation. A striking wooden feature wall serves as the room’s focal point, cleverly concealing the villa’s impressive collection of rare wines.
The sleek galley-style kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and finished with stainless steel and polished cabinetry, creating a professional yet inviting space. Large windows frame the surrounding views, bringing in natural light throughout the day.
Just behind the living area, the dining table—crafted from beautiful wood—sits beneath vaulted ceilings and looks out toward the bay, creating an elegant setting for meals. The fifth bedroom is situated below the main living area and is accessible via stairs from the terrace as well as a separate entrance from the road.
Facing north, the expansive deck and large pool enjoy abundant sunlight throughout the day while maintaining a high level of privacy. A gentle cascade flows between two smaller pools positioned between the living area and the primary bedrooms, creating a tranquil ambiance.
The covered terrace features a comfortable lounge area, while the long swimming pool is ideal for cooling off. Sun loungers line the terrace, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the views.
