Villa Amandara, (villa code: PIE AMA), is a 5-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses. This brand new, architecturally stunning villa sits atop a bluff, overlooking the scenic beauty of Baie Rouge beach and Marigot Bay.
Situated on the main level are the open-plan kitchen and living area, which look out to the breathtaking panoramic ocean view through large glass sliding doors. This area opens onto a covered terrace with comfortable lounge chairs and a mosaic-lined infinity edge pool.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the upper level, while the fifth bedroom is situated in an apartment on the lower level with a kitchen and private terrace. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 1 bedroom has twin beds.
A media room with a 70-inch plasma TV completes the interior. A “Massage Bali house” offers an authentic outdoor stone-carved tub with a water view. This villa also comes with an outdoor dining area, bocce court, and ping-pong table.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
