Villa Aqua, (villa code: PIE AQA) is a beautiful brand new 4-bedroom located in the prestigious gated community of Indigo Bay. From its cliffside location and south-westerly orientation, Villa Aqua commands a spectacular view over the Caribbean and the neighboring island of Saba.
This two-story home features a large light-filled living space on the lower level with high loft ceilings, a bedroom on each side of the living space, and a spacious terrace and beautiful infinity pool. Two further bedrooms are located on the upper level and overlook the water. The lovely white sand of Indigo Bay is just a 5-minute walk from the villa with a popular beach bar and restaurant. A 5- minute drive brings you to grocery stores and a 15-minute drive to downtown Philipsburg for shopping, bars and restaurants.
