Villa Baie Longue Beach House, also known as PIE BAI, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Baie Longue within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This West Indian-style home with lovely arches enjoys an ocean view through swaying palms.
This renovated home now features a new portico entryway, an extended living area, and an indoor bar that extends outdoors. The interior features marble floors, Rattan furnishings, and antique pieces. The large open-air living area offers direct access to the covered gallery. The living room with a cushioned sofa and chairs shares its space with a dining area, which comfortably seats 6 guests.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms open to the covered gallery that runs the full length of the villa. Two bedrooms also open into the main living area. While the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds.
Located outdoors are umbrella-covered dining tables, which face the ocean view. A deck with loungers and chairs surrounds the large swimming pool. This non-smoking villa also comes with an automatic generator, satellite TV, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required.
Villa Baie Longue Beach House, or PIE BAI, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
