Villa Belle Fontaine, also known as SXM FON, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This hillside villa with an open design enjoys views of the ocean and the nearby island of Saba. The spacious living room has a high cathedral ceiling and is furnished with both sectional and built-in cushioned sofas. The living room also has sliding glass doors, which open to the pool and deck. Located adjacent the living room is an indoor dining room with seating for 10 guests and a well-equipped kitchen with a large collection of glasses and a pass-through bar with stools next to the pool. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a private terrace with a garden view, while the master bedroom enjoys an ocean view. A large wooden deck with loungers and palm trees surrounds the pool, which has a unique built-in table at the shallow end. The covered terrace houses a lounge area and dining table with seating for 10 guests. The house also has an automatic generator, Direct TV, a gated entry, gazebo, Aqua Premium alarm system, and WiFi. Villa Belle Fontaine, or SXM FON, comes with house cleaning services daily except Sun holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
