Villa Emeraude, (villa code: SXM EMR), is a 5-bedroom home set in the hillside of Indigo Bay. Here you will find breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Saba island in the distance. This modern family home has large open spaces, high-end furnishings and all the amenities one would need on a tropical holiday.
Find the magic of Villa Emeraude upon entering, when you discover several indoor ponds filled with beautiful colorful fish creating a decorative and soothing water garden. This amazing entrance leads to a beautiful interior living space with high ceilings facing the swimming pool and the azur sea. An elegant yet comfortable living room blends with the outdoor ocean colors while the large solid wood dining table joins the space to the fully-equipped kitchen. Special to the kitchen is the hidden pantry. Meals can also be taken outside at the table near the pool.
Each bedroom at Villa Emeraude has its own private bathroom with stylish, modern amenities, ensuring every guest enjoys privacy and comfort throughout their stay. The first three bedrooms are located on the main level, including the master suite, which opens directly onto the tropical garden, offering a refreshing and exotic start to each morning. One of the other two rooms features two large bunk beds, providing the ideal setup for children and close proximity to the master bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs. One of them features its own private terrace with a jacuzzi, creating a secluded space for relaxation. Each of these rooms has its own ensuite bathroom.
The villa has gorgeous outdoor spaces to enjoy the Caribbean tropical climate. A large shaded living space is just steps from both the pool. This beautiful infinity pool includes built in steps from the outdoor living room to the dining space. Another terrace features daybeds for a sunny spot to lounge by the pool and enjoy the views.
The house is the perfect place to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Philipsburg is only 10 minutes away by car where you can enjoy the beautiful Great Bay beach and the duty free shopping. In Simpson Bay, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only 10 minutes by car. Simpson Bay is also the place to enjoy a dynamic nightlife with bars, clubs and casinos. The international airport is 20 minutes by car.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
