Villa La Casa del Jefe, (villa code: PIE CDJ) is a 4-bedroom private villa with a magnificent 180 degree view from Orient Bay to Grand Case. Due to it’s high elevation in Mont Vernon 3, no matter where you are in the property, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Tintamarre, Pinel island, and even Grand Case.
Villa La Casa del Jefe boasts one of the most spectacular and unforgettable views in all of St. Martin. Its expansive terrace, bordered by sleek glass railings, provides the perfect setting to soak in the breathtaking scenery. Cool off in the infinity pool, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy a glass of champagne at one of the elevated cocktail tables overlooking the Caribbean.
The living room is decorated in an elegant classic style and features comfortable plush sofas and a large TV. In the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a meal or have a private chef for a special occasion. The large dining table will provide plenty of space for your entire group to create lasting memories.
The bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, have sliding doors that lead to the terrace with ocean views. All rooms have exterior and interior entrances. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and showers. The main bedroom has the bonus of a relaxing outdoor shower area.
A covered outdoor dining area invites guests to savor leisurely meals against an extraordinary backdrop, while the comfortable lounge offers a peaceful spot to unwind with a favorite book. The terrace which is framed by glass railings, is perfect for cooling off in the pool, sunbathing on the pool lounge chairs, or relaxing at one of the tall tables surrounding the space. For entertainment, there's outdoor speakers to set the perfect ambiance and a pool table where family and friends can gather for friendly competition. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an exceptional outdoor living experience in one of the island's most coveted settings.
Villa La Casa del Jefe is conveniently located in Mont Vernon 3 near Orient Bay beach and several gourmet restaurants in Orient Village, Grand Case, as well as the shopping area of Hope Estate.
* Notes - Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person.
* Please be aware that Villa La Casa del Jefe has an office located below the house, which is used by the owner's secretary. She typically works every day and parks her car on the road below. Guests won't be disturbed as the office has exterior access, but we do want you to be aware of this when booking.
* The common areas including the kitchen and living room, are not air-conditioned. The villa benefits from refreshing Atlantic Ocean breezes helping to keep the living spaces naturally cool and pleasant.
* Access by car requires navigating a steep pathway. Guests with limited mobility may find access challenging.
