Villa La Dacha, (villa code: SXM DAC) is a 5-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. Set on more than 2 acres of lush landscaped gardens, this cliff-side villa offers magnificent views of the ocean.
Recently-redecorated, the interior features colorful décor. The air-conditioned living room has contemporary Ralph Lauren furniture and a large plasma TV.
Two covered terraces house outside living areas. One living area has Rattan furniture facing the pool view. The second outdoor living area has a uniquely shaped door, which opens to a stone path leading across a small lawn.
A small office with a desk shares its space with a billiards table and bright blue armchairs. The well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, which is adjacent to a small indoor dining area with seating for 6 guests. A formal dining room with seating for 8 guests enjoys an ocean view through glass sliders.
Three bedrooms are on the main level with direct access to the pool, one with a king bed, one with two queen beds perfect for kids, and finally the master bedroom with a king bed and a shaded private terrace and dramatic views. On the lower level are two bedrooms with independent outside access via stone staircases, one with an incredible underwater window looking into the pool and the second a junior master suite with a refined private living room. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning, private bathrooms and dressing rooms while a few benefits from outdoor showers overlooking the lush garden or the sea.
A well-equipped gym with a mirror wall on one side offers a spectacular ocean view through floor-to-ceiling glass walls on the other side. A deck with loungers frames the large overflowing infinity pool.
This villa includes a chef for 2 meals/day but may also be rented without a chef. If renting 4bds, a chef is not included.
