Villa La Favorita, also known as SXM SUD, is a modern 3-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This new villa enjoys an open view of the ocean and surrounding area. The spacious living area with sectional sofas and a large plasma TV opens to the covered terrace and pool area beyond. Adjacent to the living area is a small indoor dining area and well-equipped kitchen with a barbecue. A second dining area with seating for 8 guests is located on the covered terrace. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have an additional outdoor shower. The master bedroom connects with a small additional bedroom with a single bed, which is ideal for children. A spacious deck with loungers surrounds the pool, which is equipped with a Aqua Premium alarm system. The house also has an automatic generator, gas grill, mosquito repellent system, satellite TV, and WiFi. Villa La Favorita, or SXM SUD, comes with house cleaning services daily except Sun holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
