Villa La Hacienda, also known as PIE HAC, is a 3 + 1-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. Surrounded by lush landscaping, this villa enjoys splendid sunset views.

The interior has an island-style design with beautiful contemporary furnishings. The spacious living room with satellite TV opens to the deck. A second furnished living area is located outside underneath a large gazebo. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a center island.
Each bedroom has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, and opens to the outdoors. The third bedroom with a king-size bed shares its bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which is ideal for children. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a single with a trundle.
The spacious deck has sun-drenched and covered lounge areas around the pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing or reading in the shade. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor dining area. This house also has a gated entry, gas grill, Internet access and WiFi, and a playground for children.
Villa La Hacienda, or PIE HAC, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
