Villa La Josephine, also known as PIE JOE, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Baie Longue/Terres Basses within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa in a gated community enjoys spectacular sunsets from its terrace. The spacious living room with a high ceiling, cushioned sofas, and a Rattan chair, opens to a covered deck and dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. The nearby kitchen has a pass-through bar to the terrace. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. While 5 bedrooms are located in the main house, the remaining bedroom is reached via steps and a path from the pool terrace. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and A/C. The other bedroom has 2 full sized beds with its ensuite bathroom and A/C. The large, unique-shaped infinity pool flows from the open (and sun-drenched) deck to underneath the shaded covered terrace, which has a step entry into the water. A sunny deck with loungers is located adjacent to the pool, which is ideal for sunbathing. The house also has a gas grill, gated entry, satellite TV, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required. Villa La Josephine, or PIE JOE, comes with house cleaning services, please inquire. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
