Villa La Salamandre, (villa code: PIE LAS), is a 6-bedroom villa located beachside Simpson Bay lagoon, a short drive from shopping. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, this fully air-conditioned villa has a partial view of Simpson Bay from its pool.
The interior has a sophisticated blend of modern, colonial, and tropical-style furnishings. The grand living room opens onto the extensive covered terrace. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen offers a view of the pool. An outdoor dining area with a gas grill is located underneath the gazebo next to the pool.
Each bedroom has screens, a satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Five bedrooms have king-size beds and open onto the terrace. The sixth bedroom has twin beds (ideal for children).
Rock features and palm trees surround the large, heated free-form pool. At one end of the pool is a gazebo with lounge chairs. This non-smoking property also comes with a gas grill, gated entry, a mosquito repellent system, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required.
Villa La Salamandre, or PIE LAS, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
