Villa La Vie en Bleu, also known as SXM LVB, is a 2-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Baie Rouge within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This new beachfront, fully air-conditioned villa in a gated community offers astonishing views of the sea and island of Anguilla. The spacious living room features a contemporary cushioned sofa and chair facing a flat screen TV. The living room shares its space with a small dining area. A second, larger dining area with seating for 8 guests is located on the covered terrace, which is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV (1 is a plasma TV), and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is located off the living room and features a sea view. The second bedroom on the lower level has its own living area and kitchen. A well-equipped fitness area has glass sliders, which opens to the spacious deck with loungers and the pool. At one end of the deck is a Jacuzzi. This non-smoking property also comes with satellite TV and WiFi. This villa does not allow pets. Villa La Vie en Bleu, or SXM LVB, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
