Villa Le Mas Caraibes, also known as PIE LMC is a 2-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa was featured in the November 2012 issue of Coastal Living magazine as 1 of the 20 best villas in the Caribbean.
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this property enjoys breathtaking views of the lagoon, ocean, and verdant mountains from its main terrace. Arches throughout the rooms provide a unique architectural design, while Singapore-style fans and Moroccan mosque lamps decorate the ceilings. The entire interior is custom painted in decorative finishes.
The furnishings are a mix of exotic and decorative pieces from the owners’ travels throughout the world. The indoor living and dining areas completely open to the covered outdoor gallery through disappearing sliding glass doors that run almost the entire length of the villa. The well-equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table.
Each air-conditioned bedroom located off the living room has a ceiling fan, screens, and an ensuite bathroom. The two bedrooms have king-size beds and open to the pool deck.
Wide tropical verandas and porches provide ample outdoor living and dining spaces. A deck with loungers surrounds the swimming pool, which is made of natural Indonesian river pebbles. This villa also comes with an automatic generator, Direct TV, a gas grill, electronic security gate, and WiFi.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
