Villa Le Rocher, (villa code: SXM LER) is a resplendent 5-bedroom villa, completely renovated with over 10,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living space. From its elevated perch above Simpson Bay, you’ll be surrounded by panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, as well as the charming bays and inlets of St. Martin.
Villa Le Rocher is located in an exclusive gated community, accessible by a quiet road or private marina. Spend tranquil days on the limestone pool terrace listening to the sweet songs of colorful birds, while water from the infinity pool cascades over invisible edges. Additional covered terraces provide a reprieve from the mid-afternoon sun and house living room sets, an outdoor kitchen and al fresco dining table.
At dusk, move to the observation terrace to watch the sun set over the neighboring islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts Nevis.
