Villa Maison de Reve, also known as SXM REV, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Walk/Baie Rouge within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 8,000 sq. ft. jewel is fully air-conditioned and enjoys beautiful ocean views from its multilevel decks. The spacious great room with a cathedral ceiling and 2 dramatic chandeliers is elegantly furnished. The great room opens to a covered terrace with a large outdoor living and dining area, which comfortably seats 10 guests. The gourmet kitchen indoors has dark paneling and a breakfast bar with stools. Each bedroom has a king-size bed with a plush pillow-top mattress and an ensuite marble bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom opens to the main living area, while the second bedroom opens to the outdoor great room. Two bedrooms are located in a private cottage separate from the main house. The last 2 bedrooms are located together in a suite with a private living room and plasma TV. The pool area features a large stainless steel barbecue, bar area, and another separate dining area. An expansive deck surrounds the pool, which has a unique waterfall with fiber-optic lighting at night. A gazebo with a rooftop sundeck is located adjacent to the pool. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, this house also has Direct TV, a gas grill, gated entry, high-speed Internet, WiFi, satellite TV, and a washer and dryer. Villa Maison de Reve, or SXM REV, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
