Villa Mes Amis, also known as SXM MSA is a 13 +1-bedroom villa that sits high on the cliff in Terres Basses on a sprawling 5 acre estate. The property features 2 heated pools, many terraces with amazing views, a cliff top Jacuzzi and a gym.
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and 7 have an outside shower. Down the path, you reach the secondary villa with an additional 3 bedrooms. Finally, the last bedroom called the Beach House is a separate bungalow in the back of the garden.
The villa is available for weddings, parties and conferences.
