Villa Serena, (villa code: SXM SER), is a 5-bedroom villa located on Beachside/Baie Rouge within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This beachfront property, which is situated in a gated community with 13 other villas, enjoys a commanding view.
The interior provides approximately 7,500 sq. ft. of roofed living space. The spacious interior blends with the terrace, which is surrounded by white columns and archways. The indoor living area has new sofas and a plasma screen TV, while the media room has a large flat screen TV.
Adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen is an indoor dining area with seating for 10 guests. A second dining area with 2 rectangular tables (each seating 6 guests) is located on the covered terrace.
Each air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and French doors. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and private bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have twin beds and private showers. One bedroom, which is part of a suite, features a king-size bed, large dressing area, and small refrigerator.
A deck surrounds the large swimming pool. This villa also comes with an automatic generator, Direct TV, a gas grill, gated entry, and WiFi.
Villa Serena, or SXM SER, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
