Villa Acajou, (villa code: IE ACJ) is a 6-bedroom luxury villa constructed in 2015 and nestled along the canals of Leeward. Acajou is French for “Mahogany," and you will find this exotic wood throughout the house in custom built cabinets, counters, floors, doors, and windows.
The main house has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is also a full bath with an outdoor shower in the backyard beside a covered gazebo. The solar heated pool sits between the gazebo and an outdoor bar and grill, all of which border the 50’ dock along the canal. If additional space is needed, a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and sitting area is available. Every bedroom and sitting area (including the outdoor gazebo) has a television connected to a state-of-the-art media system which includes cable television, Apple TV, and a movie server containing more than 800 movies.
Other amenities include a cross trainer on the second floor of the main house, 2 standup paddle boards, and a kayak. Feel free to paddle or kayak the canals or adventure out into the shallow ocean waters less than a 5 minute paddle away. Leeward is ideally situated at the east end of Provo and is less than 5 minutes from a local beach, as well as famous Grace Bay Beach and Long Bay Beach.
Villa Acajou is also less than a 5 minute walk to Big Blue Adventures or the Blue Haven Resort where there are additional outdoor activities, the Elevate Spa and a market/coffee shop. Guests of Acajou Villa can board the Sail Beluga boat that's docked in the water. And of course the heart of Provo with all of its exceptional restaurants and shopping is just minutes away.
