Villa Aventine, (villa code: IE AVT) is a 3 +1-bedroom villa situated in a stunning location by the calm, turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park.  

Villa Aventine has a bright and breezy atmosphere with tall, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. The expansive sliding glass doors offer breathtaking views of Chalk Sound.

The spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each has its own attached bathroom. Three of these bedrooms have king-size beds, while one has two twin beds.

The well-equipped kitchen features a large granite-topped center island with a breakfast bar. It includes modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and mixer.

The dining area on the main floor can accommodate eight people around an extendable table. In the lounge, you'll find a 42” plasma TV, a DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

You can unwind in the upstairs reading room, offering panoramic views of the Sound and the ocean from every angle. With windows on every wall, the room maintains a comfortable temperature, whether you're seeking cool breezes or warm sunlight.

The lower level also features a third lounge, perfect for playing games.

Outside, the villa offers a large wrap-around upper deck and an extensive pool deck, both providing options for shade and sun. Swim in the freshwater pool or relax under the sun on the pool deck.

Privacy is ensured by a lush garden filled with tropical and native plants that yield bananas, limes, and papayas during the appropriate seasons. A screened-in porch overlooking the pool offers a cool and shady spot for relaxation, while the waterside deck enjoys ample sunshine throughout the day. As evening falls, you can watch the sunset over the Caicos Bank from the reading room and savor a cocktail while grilling dinner on the gas barbecue.

For those who wish to explore the island, the secluded Taylor Bay beach is just a few minutes away. It features fine white sand and breathtaking sunsets, with its gently sloping beach and shallow warm waters making it ideal for children. Take a swim to one of the numerous small islands in the Sound, use kayaks to reach Iguana Island, or go snorkeling at the coral reef right by the property. 

The Chalk Sound area also offers additional beaches, a restaurant, bars, a gas station, and a convenience store. Moreover, you're only 15 minutes away from downtown, where you can access gourmet supermarkets, spas, a casino, a golf club, and much more.
