This Long Bay Villa has a total of 6-bedrooms, five in the main villa, and one in a beach cottage on the property. This villa is one of five custom-designed properties in the Beach Enclave community, located at the secluded and protected eastern end of Long Bay. Designed by the award-winning SWA Architects, all of these villas embrace the design philosophy of seamless indoor-outdoor living.  

Each Beach Enclave Villa boasts generous living spaces that make the most of stunning ocean views glimpsed through lush tropical gardens. Steps away you’ll find the alluring Long Bay Beach, with crystal-blue water just beyond.  

Living Spaces: The large open-plan living space in this Long Bay Beach Enclave Villa consists of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Generous sliding glass doors open to reveal an expansive outdoor setting, with covered terraces, sun decks, and the inviting infinity pool. The other side of the villa has a tranquil patio overlooking a lush tropical garden. The beautiful living room features a deluxe L-shaped sofa on top of a woven rug, providing some Caribbean texture. A solid wood coffee table, and a pair of beige armchairs add a rustic flair. Natural light fills the room, glancing off the white-washed walls and lofty ceiling. You’ll love gathering here to relax, admire the view, or simply sink into the sofa for some good conversation.  

Kitchen and Dining Room: The roomy kitchen is stylish and modern, well-appointed with all the amenities you need to prepare chef-level meals. A large kitchen island doubles as a casual breakfast bar, a space to enjoy an early morning espresso as the sun rises. Your cooking space also extends outside, where you’ll find a bench and large gas grill – the perfect place to barbecue some freshly caught fish. The glossy wooden dining room table at this Beach Enclave Villa in Long Bay has space for up to 10 people. Everyone will love gathering here over a delicious meal, discussing the day’s activities. Alfresco dining is also an option at the large outdoor table. This is a perfect spot for fresh lunches and sunset drinks, watching the stars appear as the rosy gold sunset flares up over the ocean.  

Bedrooms: The 5 contemporary bedrooms in this Beach Enclave Long Bay Villa.  Each comes with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Contemporary design, ocean views, and a soft neutral color palette bring the most out of the island décor. The two master suites (one on the ground floor and another on the second floor) also come with an outdoor shower, a relaxing way to wash off the salt and sand. Terraces with deep-backed and soft chairs let you gaze at the horizon and settle in with a good book or glass of champagne. The 6th bedroom is located in its own secluded cottage. This tranquil space is perfect for those seeking a bit more privacy and includes its own kitchenette, sitting room, and covered terrace.  

Outdoor Features: Languishing outdoors is easy in such an exotic locale. The gorgeous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and will likely be the main gathering point during your stay. Loungers lining the pool’s edge let you soak up the island rays, while large sun umbrellas provide plenty of shade. This Beach Enclave Villa in Long Bay also boasts plenty of cozy nooks to curl up with a good book or enjoy an afternoon snooze. Landscaped gardens lead you out towards the ocean, where a private beach deck has even more loungers for sunbathing.  

Amenities: This villa includes an outdoor shower, fire pit, air-conditioning, fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a telephone with complimentary local and long-distance calls. The villa also enjoys a daily cleaning service, and our concierge is happy to help organize anything else during your stay. As part of the Beach Enclave gated community in Long Bay, you will have access to a few bonuses help elevate your stay even further. There’s an onsite reception office, water sports facility, a well-equipped yoga and fitness pavilion, and on-call private chefs, butlers, and housekeepers.
