It boasts a wraparound deck that offers mesmerizing views of ocean sunsets and is conveniently located a short drive away from shopping, dining options, and grocery stores.

Nestled on a serene street and surrounded by a sprawling landscape of native flora, Villa Blu comes fully-equipped with all the essentials for a serene, secure, and enjoyable vacation in paradise.

Spanning two stories, the space is illuminated by abundant natural light and features expansive, open areas that are perfect for hosting family gatherings, dinner parties, and groups looking to spend quality time in a secluded, lush environment while still having easy access to the amenities of Grace Bay.

On the ground floor, two of the bedrooms are found, along with an office space furnished with a chaise lounge sleeper, a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV. A spiral staircase ascends to the second floor. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with two single beds, complemented by charming built-in shelving, a dedicated split unit air-conditioner, and ample storage space. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a spacious closet, and its own dedicated split unit air-conditioner. These ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The patio on this level overlooks an expansive expanse of lush tropical plants and foliage, providing a serene backdrop that can be enjoyed from the outdoor hammocks located just outside the office space. The villa's primary bedroom encompasses spacious closets, exquisite custom wood detailing, and a private ensuite bathroom. 

The spiral staircase leads to a sizable open-concept living area and kitchen, showcasing contemporary design and providing abundant seating options for guests at the formal dining table or the eat-in bar. Adjacent to the living space is an additional bathroom featuring a washing machine and a shower for guests’ convenience.

Sliding doors seamlessly transition to an expansive pool deck with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. The infinity pool serves as an ideal spot for relaxation after a day spent on the beach or exploring Grace Bay.
