The villa has 3 bedrooms plus an office/4th bedroom on the main level and a separate 2 bedroom guest house. The guest house has its own luxury living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as 2 master suites with ocean views. Both the main house and the guest house have modern open floor plans with sleek interior and exterior design elements and furnishings.

There is an oceanfront cabana located just feet away from the water’s edge as well as a kayak and paddle board shack with 4 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards, an outdoor shower, a day bed and a beverage center. There is a large outdoor fireplace, a built-in gas grill and a beverage center along with outdoor surround sound speakers.

It’s a short walk down the stairs from both the main house and the guest house to the 190’ long tiled ocean walk along the water’s edge where there are two stairs to easily access the knee-deep calm turquoise ocean.

The private beach that’s shared with other residents on the secluded street is just a 2-minute walk up the hill and then down a pathway.

Numerous grocery stores, shopping, world renowned Grace Bay Beaches and all of the incredible restaurants are just 3.5 miles to about 7 miles away.
