Villa Grace Bay Premium Ocean View (villa code: TC GB60) is a magnificent 6-bedroom home offering an open living space with expansive sliding glass doors. The dining area seats eight guests beneath a beautiful light fixture next to a second lounge area.
Villa Grace Bay Premium Ocean View’s gourmet kitchen is also fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, extended countertops, and layered pendant lighting.
Each of the six lovely suites at this Beach Enclave Villa has an ensuite bathroom and a TV. Each member of your party can enjoy luxury and comfort in their own peaceful space. There are four king suites and one twin suite in the main villa, with the other suite located in the quaint cottage next to the villa. Each of the master suites in the villa is in the main house and boasts a private terrace, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
The fifth suite in this home has exterior access to the pool terrace. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool in peace and quiet as the sky begins to wake. The cottage suite has access also but to a private terrace. This space allows for more privacy and peace possibly for a young couple or younger members of the group looking to separate from the group on occasion if they wish.
This home also provides sleeping space in the media room and two rollaway beds, accommodating 14 people altogether. There is an extra fee of $200 plus tax per night for additional guests.
Spanning 6,300 to 10,000 square feet, Beach Enclave Grace Bay’s ten beachfront and ocean-view villas are spread across ten acres of manicured and native gardens, providing a full acre of space and privacy for each villa. Four beachfront villas each have 100 feet of private beach, with an additional 100-foot expanse reserved exclusively for the six elevated ocean view villas.

Designed by SWA Architects and interior design team Domino Creative, each villa features an open living space. Expansive glass sliding doors lead to private infinity-edge pools, signature outdoor showers and multiple terraces and decks for al fresco dining. Indoors, clean lines define spacious, modern living areas, open layout kitchens and ocean-facing master suites.
Enjoy five-star resort amenities and services on call, within the comfort of your own villa. Beach Enclave’s signature butler service ensures all discerning needs are catered to throughout the stay. Amenities include in-villa spa services, a fitness center and basketball, tennis and bocce courts, as well as a kids’ club. Also enjoy on-property activities such as yoga, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking and kiteboarding, among others. Private chefs are available to create in-villa dining experiences.
*Notes: A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required upon arrival to cover any potential damages to the villa. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, provided the property passes a thorough inspection.
