Living Spaces: The expansive indoor/outdoor living spaces at The Dunes Villa total more than 6,700 square feet, all situated within a gated, micro resort community offering peerless privacy. Inside the villa you’ll find interesting artworks, modern furnishings, and carefully chosen décor.

The creamy white living room is contrasted by colorful cushions and soft island wood details, making for a relaxing space to unwind. Plush sofas face the TV while sliding doors disappear to seamlessly connect the living space to the full-width beachfront terrace and plunge pool. Opening the doors lets the island air wash through the entire villa.
