Situated directly on Grace Bay Beach, The Residences exemplifies opulent living in the Caribbean. Each villa’s immaculately landscaped outdoor space was designed with true luxury in mind. All three villas are associated with the Grace Bay Club, which is only 8 miles away by car.

Living Spaces: Interior spaces inside the villas exude a comfortable-yet-sophisticated aesthetic, courtesy of famed interior designer Thom Filicia. Featuring 18-foot-high ceilings, top-quality imported fixtures, and a detailed finish, each property is a sublime mix of modern luxuries and island glamour.

A generous living room offers a relaxing spot to idle and unwind, enjoying the cool breeze blowing in from the sliding glass doors. A large TV lets you watch movies, while unique Caribbean décor gives the entire room a distinct sense of place.

Two other bedrooms in the main villas each come with a pair of twin beds. These comfortable rooms enjoy garden views and are peaceful places to retreat to at the end of a day exploring Provo.
