Living Spaces: Stepping inside Villa Ocean Palms reveals the spacious great room. Home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen, this is the comfortable heart of this waterfront home. Vaulted ceilings make the entire room airy and bright, while unique décor gives this villa a distinct island personality.

The sunken living room has plush furnishings and a flat-screen TV, letting you unwind with a movie in the evenings. Glass sliding doors open to the covered outdoor terrace with another living area and dining table, which seats up to 8 guests.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Adjacent to the living room is Villa Ocean Palms’ modern kitchen, with everything you’ll need to self-cater during your stay. The latest appliances make cooking easy, while a large sea-facing window provides amazing views of the water.

Next to the kitchen is an elegant indoor dining room, with space for 6 guests. This is an excellent setting for everything from gourmet dinners to family game nights.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Ocean Palms Villa, 3 of which are in the main house. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and direct access to the pool terrace. A second bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds. Each is comfortably furnished, offering a tranquil place to recharge after a day of exploring Provo.

The master suite is located several steps away from the main house, ideal for those after a bit more privacy. This room features a lavish king-sized bed, a private Jacuzzi, and a gazebo with a swing – magnificent for watching colorful island sunsets.

Outdoor Features: Villa Ocean Palms’ grand covered terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy the warm island weather. The lounge offers a nice spot to curl up with a good book or enjoy an evening cocktail, while open-air meals can be hosted at the outdoor dining table.

The terrace also extends over half of the villa’s pool, offering a shady spot to cool off in the water. On either side of the pool, loungers let you kick back in the sun.

A set of stairs leads from the villa to the villa’s private dock and direct water access. On the way down you’ll pass an inviting pair of hammocks. Swaying in the gentle breeze, they offer a relaxing way to enjoy the views and pleasant weather. The world-famous Grace Bay Beach is 10 minutes away by car.
