Inside, this property features gorgeous Bermudian design and panoramic views of the Caribbean. Flowing, open-plan living spaces and ocean-style décor enhance the relaxing and laid-back atmosphere.  

Villa On The Rocks is located within the upscale Silly Creek Estate on the southwest coast. It is a private, quiet, and peaceful location.  Surrounded by almost 2-acres of low rolling hills and lush tropical gardens, this is a striking part of the island. Restaurants, shops, and Grace Bay Beach are only 15 minutes away by car.  

Living Spaces: Villa On The Rocks has a pleasant great room at its center, with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Doors open to the lattice-covered pool patio, infusing the space with the cool, tropical breeze.   The living room has island-style wicker furniture, with plump sofas facing towards the water and a flat-screen TV. A separate sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows is an amazing place to enjoy vistas of the shimmering Caribbean.    

Dining Room and Kitchen: Right next to the main living room is the indoor dining table, with space for 6 guests. It’s an excellent setting for island dinners with family and friends.   The kitchen at Villa On The Rocks is beautiful and modern, with white cabinetry and ocean-blue marble countertops. Cooking here is both easy and a pleasure. For special occasions, we can even organize a private chef to whip up a lavish Caribbean feast.  

Bedrooms: There are 3 generous bedrooms at Villa On The Rocks. Each comes with its own ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV, making them ideal for some quiet downtime at the end of a day spent exploring Provo.   Two are located on the ground level, each with a king-sized bed and a private outdoor patio. Another bedroom is upstairs, with a queen-sized bed and two balconies offering 360-degree views of the gorgeous tropical landscapes. Falling asleep with the gentle island breeze blowing through the room each night is superb.  

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside onto the shaded terrace, sunbeds and loungers let you relax in comfort and style. The inviting swimming pool will no doubt tempt you in, featuring amazing views over the Caicos Banks and West Caicos in the distance.   A waterfront gazebo with hammocks is a relaxing place to curl up with a good book, or simply enjoy the view with a crisp glass of wine. On the waterfront, steps carved into the cliff face lead into the ocean, where incredible swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling await.   Located on the edge of the national park, there are miles of shoreline and deserted beaches to explore. For more laid-back beach days, Taylors Bay Beach is 3 minutes away by car. Just a few minutes more is Sapodilla Bay Beach, where you’ll also find the Bugaloo’s restaurant. Closer to home is Las Brisas restaurant, directly on Chalk Sound.

Across the street from On The Rocks Villa, you’ll find a spare lot called “Neat” with a wonderful dock from which you can go bone fly fishing or kayaking on Silly Creek. 15 minutes away by car are the island’s northern beaches, a golf course, and Provo’s town center.   Rental cars are recommended from this villa. Excessive water consumption may incur additional charges.
