Seacliff

Villa Seacliff, also known as IE SEA, is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Ocean Point/Taylors within a short walk of the beach, and minutes from restaurants and shopping. Perched at a high elevation, this villa enjoys magnificent sunset views. 

The villa has 2 sections with a living room, gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms in one building, and dining room and 2 bedrooms in a separate pavilion. The dining room comfortably seats 10 guests and opens to an ocean view. The living room has eclectic style décor, a high-beam ceiling, coral stone floors and walls, comfortable sofas, and screened sliders that open on 3 sides to the view. The gourmet kitchen is located off the living room.

The 2 bedrooms off the living room have king-size beds and louvered doors, which open onto the veranda and ocean view. Upstairs is another bedroom with a king-size bed, adjacent loft with TV, and small balcony. The fourth and fifth bedrooms in the separate pavilion have king-size beds and open onto the pool. All 5 bedrooms have ceiling fans, ensuite green marble bathrooms with double vanities, and screens. 

A terrace with palm trees surrounds the pool, which has steps and an underwater ledge. Tropical gardens and numerous decks adorn the grounds. A stairway from the main terrace leads to a thatched gazebo and ocean access. The house also has cable TV, a gas grill, high-speed Internet and WiFi.

Constant trade winds and ceiling fans cool all the rooms, but metered air-conditioning is available. This villa requires a 14-night stay during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
