Villa Sundance (villa code: PL SUN), is a lively, canal-front retreat in Leeward that captures the joy of island living under the sun. Recently constructed, this six-bedroom residence combines contemporary elegance with a relaxed Caribbean spirit, making it a perfect setting for family gatherings, groups of friends, or multi-generational getaways.
At the center of the property lies a stunning outdoor area overlooking the calm turquoise canals. A spacious L-shaped pool frames two sides of the villa, offering areas for swimming laps, cooling off in the hot tub, or lounging in the shallow section with a drink in hand. An outdoor pavilion equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, and comfortable seating creates a casual space for meals and entertaining, while the adjacent covered terrace provides room to dine alfresco with views over the water.
A private dock extends from the pool deck, giving guests the opportunity to paddle out on kayaks and paddleboards, arrange for boat charters, or take off on jet skis directly from the property.
Inside, vaulted ceilings, warm wooden finishes, and vibrant Caribbean textiles create a welcoming atmosphere. The six suites are thoughtfully spread out to ensure privacy. Three are located in the main house—two with king beds and one with twins—while two additional king suites are situated across the pool. The master suite enjoys its own building with canal views, a private terrace, and an expansive indoor-outdoor bathroom.
The great room combines a modern kitchen, dining area, lounge, and a game den, all flowing seamlessly out to the pool deck. For those who wish to keep active during their stay, the villa also includes a fully-equipped private gym.
Villa Sundance offers both style and convenience—just an eight-minute drive to Grace Bay, yet tucked into the quiet luxury of Leeward. Days can be spent basking by the pool, shaded under breezy pavilions, watching movies, or setting out on the water from your own dock.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
