Sunrise Villa

Sunrise Villa, also known as TC SNR is brand new 7-bedroom incredible, luxurious, three story, oceanfront villa on over an acre of beachfront overlooking the most crystal-clear, turquoise water you have ever seen!  This sumptuous villa comprises a total of 11,500 square feet with two kitchens, gym, media room featuring an 85” smart TV, a main level featuring an open plan gourmet kitchen with dining and living room that look out to an expansive outdoor living area spanning 3,500 square feet that surrounds a beautiful marble mosaic pool overlooking the ocean.  Sunrise Villa is impeccably designed and furnished with king size beds and pullout upholstered chairs that convert into a small twin bed in each bedroom.  Each bedroom has luxurious bed and bath linens, wonderful pillows as well as high end bath products and hair dryers for your convenience. All the bathrooms are 100% costumed tile from floor to ceiling and offer open showers.  Customized Bali Blinds provide privacy in all the bedrooms.  Each room is equipped with individual AC units and ceiling fans as well as laundry facilities on each floor to make your life easier.  The entire villa has been carefully sound proofed to keep each room as quite as possible.  The garden level hosts a media room with an 85" smart television, a full kitchenette with a bar, a gym including a state-of-art mountain climber, free weights, pull up bar and rubber mat floor work out area . This floor has three bedrooms; all with king size beds and pull out twin beds.  One is a master bedroom suite with private bath and the other two bedrooms share a full bath and are perfect for kids and teens. There are laundry facilities on this floor for your convenience and all the walls and ceilings have been sound proofed.  The main level encompasses a completely stocked chef’s kitchen, dining area, half bath, and living room with large television.  A 35' x 10' huge wall of sliding glass doors lead out to 3500 square foot travertine pool deck, mosaic tiled pool and a fantastic ocean front view.  On the same floor is a large oceanfront Master Suite with 20' x 10' sliding glass doors and a large bathroom with an outdoor/indoor combination shower and porcelain raised bathtub.  There are also separate laundry facilities on this level.    The main floor kitchen includes floor to ceiling tiling and stainless-steel appliances including two dishwashers, a gas commercial grade range and hood, microwave, a low-profile refrigerator, and separate ice maker and wine and beverage refrigerator. High-end cookware, utensils, coffee makers, toaster oven, blender, waffle irons, extensive inventory of dishes, glasses and silverware, and a variety of pots and pans.  The top level has three magnificent ocean front master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which has an indoor/outdoor combination shower and porcelain raised bathtub. All three bedrooms have huge 20' x 10' glass doors that open up to a huge oceanfront covered balcony with fantastic views of pool and ocean.  The balcony has LED Crystal Railing which allows an unobstructed and clear viewing.  Like the rest of the villa, the floors and walls are sound proofed for privacy and there are individual AC units and ceiling fans and there are laundry facilities on this level.   All the extensive outdoor patio, balconies and front steps utilize the latest Crystal Railing LED glass system giving unobstructed views everywhere.  The outdoor areas have beautiful custom French ivory travertine pavers with large covered areas for plenty of shade.  There are tons of outdoor seating and lounging options with a grill station and an alfresco dining area and an outdoor shower.   Extra services are available through an on-island private manager at an additional cost.
