Triton Luxury Villa, (villa code: TC TRI), is a stunning 12-bedroom villa tucked behind the pristine sand dunes of Long Bay Beach. The estate occupies over 2 acres of lush landscape and 10,000 sq feet of lavish beachfront living space.

Triton Luxury Villa includes an outdoor movie theater with fire pit, hot tub, 2 pools, tennis, pickelball, padel and bocce ball courts, villa Chef and Butler, one of the nicest beachfronts on Long Bay and endless unobstructed views of the world famous turquoise waters.

Named for the Greek god who was the messenger of the sea, Triton Luxury Villa is a private haven fit for an Olympian.

Triton Luxury Villa is designed to capture a sense of peace and calm with all the amenities you would come to expect at one of the most elegant properties. This uncrowded and peaceful piece of paradise offers world class conditions for kiteboarding, amazing diving, an immaculate golf course, and wide variety of other fun family activities.

With 4 pool cabanas and pavilion, you can enjoy massages, Yoga and Meditation in the privacy of your oceanfront retreat.

All of the bedrooms all have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and 3 have soaking tubs. All the bedrooms have mini fridges stocked with bottled water and chocolates.

There are also 4 new bungalows that will now allow capacity for 24 people. The architecture of the villa facilitates social gatherings with a large entertainment space located between two dining areas. In an effort to connect our guests with the beautiful weather, Triton Villa features two beach decks, a large ocean view terrace on the east side and an intimate sunset garden and pool on the west side. When the sun sets, the outdoor entertainment space is a great area to enjoy streaming your favorite movies, shows, and sporting events in the outdoor cinema with a fire pit. Stream slideshows directly from your laptop. And don't forget to have your Butler bring the popcorn and bubbly!

Weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and corporate retreats are just a few examples of events Triton Luxury Villa can support as a private venue.

Butler and housekeeper hours can be adjusted to your preferences. Add'l Housekeeper(s) and/or Butler(s) can be requested at a rate of $20/hr, respectively. Staff lives on-site in a separate 3 bedroom house.

For Thanksgiving and Festive guests, the villa provides a welcome Junkanoo reception for primary guests and a special gift to the guest.

Villa Triton has a new sports center available for guests exclusive use. Guests will need to fill out a waiver form (18 years and older) and return before check-in. This will grant access to two private padel courts, clay tennis court and pickleball court.
