Triton Luxury Villa, also known as TC TRI is a stunning 7-bedroom villa (soon to be 11 +1-bedrooms) tucked behind the pristine sand dunes of Long Bay Beach. The estate occupies over 2 acres of lush landscape and 10,000 sq feet of lavish beachfront living space.

Triton includes an outdoor movie theater with fire pit, hot tub, 2 pools, private tennis and bocce ball courts, villa butler, one of the nicest beach- fronts on Long Bay and endless unobstructed views of the world famous turquoise waters.

Named for the Greek god who was the messenger of the sea, Triton Villa is a private haven fit for an Olympian.

Triton is designed to capture a sense of peace and calm with all the amenities you would come to expect at one of the most elegant properties. This uncrowded and peaceful piece of paradise offers world class conditions for kiteboarding, amazing diving, an immaculate golf course, and wide variety of other fun family activities.

With 4 pool cabanas and pavilion, you can enjoy massages, Yoga and Meditation in the privacy of your oceanfront retreat.

6 of the 7 bedrooms all have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and 3 have soaking tubs. The 7th bedroom which connects to bedroom 6 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and sleeps up to 4. All the bedrooms have mini fridges stocked with bottled water and chocolates.

Construction of 4 new bungalows and staff house is wrapping in late December 2023 which will allow capacity of 24 people. The architecture of the villa facilitates social gatherings with a large entertainment space located between two dining areas. In an effort to connect our guests with the beautiful weather, Triton Villa features two beach decks, a large ocean view terrace on the east side and an intimate sunset garden and pool on the west side. When the sun sets, the outdoor entertainment space is a great area to enjoy streaming your favorite movies, shows, and sporting events in the outdoor cinema with a fire pit. Stream slideshows directly from your laptop. And don't forget to have your Butler bring the popcorn and bubbly!

Weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, and corporate retreats are just a few examples of events Triton can support as a private venue.

*** For Thanksgiving and Festive guests, the villa provides a welcome Junkanoo reception for primary guests and a special gift to the guest

****12th bedroom is the staff quarter and is ideal for guests joined by personnel such as au pairs, trainers and security.
