Welcome to Villa Viatu (villa code: TC VIA), a gorgeous 6-bedroom villa located in the Pelican Beach area of Providenciales. With stunning ocean views and an easy walk to the white sandy shores, this villa is ideally located to enjoy the natural beauty of Turks and Caicos.  

The property consists of two duplex homes, each with two suites. The suites themselves feature a dining area, kitchen, and living room, all done in a contemporary and modern style. Surrounded by swaying palms and with the beach a minute away, it doesn’t get much better than this.   The unique layout of the private suites and shared common areas make this an excellent vacation rental for multiple families or couples, or for guests of a destination wedding.  

Living Spaces: Both the ground and upper levels of Villa Viatu feature open concept living areas, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable TV lounge, and a beautiful dining table. Contemporary grays and creamy beiges combine to create a stylish, sophisticated feel.   The ground-floor opens to the pool terrace while the upstairs opens to the balcony, washing the entire home in the salty Caribbean breeze. From both levels, swaying palm trees frame views of the nearby ocean.   The 1-bedroom studio suites also feature their own cozy living areas. Large flat-screen TVs provide some indoor entertainment, while plush sofas let you unwind at the end of each day.    

Kitchen and Dining Room: Across the four suites of Villa Viatu are two full kitchens and two kitchenettes. Whether you’re dining together as a full group or catering for yourself one evening, cooking meals here is a breeze.   Each suite also has its own dining space to gather for your gourmet dinners. There are two alfresco dining areas as well: one is upstairs on an outdoor terrace, and the other is in a shaded area downstairs.  

Bedrooms: The four distinct suites at Villa Viatu ensure each guest has their own space to relax and recharge at their own pace.    Downstairs, the Bahari Suite contains 2 ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen. Next door is the Kutulia Suite, a studio apartment with a queen-sized bed.   Upstairs is the same layout; the Amani Suite has 2 bedrooms, one king and one queen. The next-door Kiangazi Suite has a lavish king-sized bed.  

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living spaces at Villa Viatu is where all the guests can come together. An inviting infinity pool is ideal for refreshing dips during the day, while loungers let you soak up the warm tropical weather. By night, the hot tub is the best spot in the house for some luxurious stargazing.   A shaded dining area downstairs is an excellent setting for festive island meals. Scattered around the garden are plenty of armchairs and hammocks in sun and shade, letting you relax, unwind, and enjoy the island breeze.   Accessed through the upstairs Amani Suite is a large furnished terrace. With a comfortable lounge area and dining table, this area is great for both sunset cocktail hours or open-air meals.   A minute or two away on foot is the stunning Pelican Beach on Grace Bay. Stunning turquoise water laps at the shore; spending a day lazing on the sand and in the water here is incredible. As the sun sets, walking along the beach is one of the best ways to appreciate the rosy island sunset sending hues of gold across the sky.  Fantastic amenities help make Viatu Villa an excellent choice for a Caribbean getaway.
