Villa Blue Tang offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The white interiors feature luxurious island furnishings, with wicker and wooden tones creating a tropical atmosphere. Ocean-inspired artworks and vibrant accent pieces also help you slip into the island lifestyle.

Nestled in a quiet hillside neighborhood, Villa Blue Tang is well-positioned to make the most of St. John’s charms. The village of Cruz Bay is under a 10-minute drive, with laid-back nightlife and fantastic restaurants. The beach at Great Cruz Bay is even closer, and for longer day excursions, the immaculate North Shore of St. John is around 10 minutes by car.

Living Spaces: Stepping through the entrance delivers you into the elegant great room. With a stylish island design, it’s here where you’ll really get acquainted with the relaxed way of life on St. John. There are two sitting areas, an indoor dining room, and a kitchen, all of it facing out towards the ocean views.

The first seating area is a casual space, with comfortable sofas ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or a good book. The second seating area at the other end features a flat-screen TV, letting you enjoy a night inside with a good movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Whipping up meals will be easy in Villa Blue Tang’s spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The concierge can even organize a grocery pre-stocking or delivery, a catered meal, or even a private chef.

Between the two seating areas is the villa’s casual dining table, a great place to come together over a meal. There are two options for alfresco dining as well: one table is on the covered terrace facing the ocean, while the other is in the interior courtyard.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms at Blue Tang Villa are at opposite ends of the home, providing guests with peace, quiet, and privacy. Both open onto the veranda with ocean views.

One bedroom has a four-poster queen-sized bed, made from stylish bamboo. The spacious ensuite bathroom also comes with a bathtub, a relaxing way to spend an evening after a day in the sun.

The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds, which can be made into a king-sized bed upon request. This room also has its own private ensuite.

Outdoor Features: Screened sliders give access to the 60-ft. long covered veranda, a lovely area to soak up the gorgeous views and weather. There are lounges here for unwinding, watching as the yachts in the harbor come and go on top of the sparkling ocean.

A trellised native-stone patio near the entry features a gas grill next to the outdoor dining area, encouraging you to host an island-style cookout. Frying up some fresh fish with a drink in hand and a rosy island sunset is exactly what life in the Caribbean is all about.

If you’re craving a day at the beach, the sandy Great Cruz Bay offers a tranquil place to spread your towel. The inviting waters will no doubt tempt you in, with the protected bay offering a lovely spot to swim and snorkel. Drive a bit further and you’ll reach the North Shore, where the pristine beaches are some of the best in the entire region.

Amenities: Exquisite details and amenities will help make your stay at Villa Blue Tang incredible. This non-smoking property also has beach accessories, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer and dryer. The villa rates exclude a 12.5 percent government tax and a $50 security deposit waiver.
